I have a nice coffee maker in my home office. I got this coffee pot to go with the coffee maker. The coffee pot is well made and is nice to use. It holds about ten to twelve cups of coffee and is great when I have friends stop by to visit. It is kind of a nostalgia coffee pot because it reminds of the coffee pots that I used to see at diners growing up. Very useful with the bonus of happy memories.

This is exactly what we needed. The Coffee pot that we recently purchased at Target, the metal band at the throat that holds the handle broke off. The whole thing was held together with just one tack weld the size of a pencil eraser. This is a much better design with the entire upper part of the glass pot surrounded by a plastic collar. Even after several months of use the handle is nice and tight with no wiggling. Will the plastic hold up to the constant heat of a Bunn Machine? Only time will tell.
