Temperature resistant up to 500°C, able to withstand printing temperature from regular PLA ABS PC (200°C-300°C) all the way to pro high temp materials eg PPS PPSU PEEK etc (300°C-400°C, water cooling may needed). The inner wall of the heatbreak polished to Ra0.4, reducing blockages and enhanced material flow;
• •【Enhanced Heat Dissipation】V2 improved heatbreak Design. Added red copper at cold end for faster heat dissipation. Stainless steel neck is now supported with 2 titanium screws to prevent bending. Titanium has very low conductivity to prevent loss of heat from the heat block;
• •【For High Speed Printing】The heating block has been upgraded from brass to chromium zirconium copper with nickel electroplating. The copper alloy ensuring high heat conductivity for high speed printing on Bambu Lab printers. The nickel plating will increase durability of the heat block and give a non-stick property to the hotend.
