If the green light does not illuminate, the wire circuit is faulty. To pinpoint the exact fault location, switch to "TONE" mode and use the receiver to locate the precise fault point. If the wire is in good condition, the green light will illuminate.

After removing all loads, a lit green LED indicates multiple wires are shorted. Note: The green LED at "CONT" will also illuminate when the resistance of the removed load is less than 10k ohms.
