I just received the book very fast delivery!!!! Impressed! I watch a few of JJ's starter videos and also a user's video on youtube. I am so glad I did! A lot of great snack ideas I would of never thought of! I also read her book entirely. Okay last night I weighed myself and I weighed 185.2 lbs. I am 5'9. I re-weighed myself this morning and I weigh 182.6 lbs. So this is my starting weight going into the 1st day of cleanse. I am drinking a green smoothie as I am typing this review...lol The smoothie actually tastes really good!!! I will make sure I have a smoothie or snack every 3 hours. I am doing the "Full Cleanse Summary" version. I will do an update on Day 5 as well as Day 10 so everyone can see my progress. I want to get down to at least 165lbs in the next few months. That is my ideal weight range.
