The item never held a charge. I tried several times to charge it. I finally gave up and returned it for a full refund. Three stars is as high a rating I can give for a broken product.

Didn't work. Battery was dead...replaced it which requires special tools and a solder gun. Only to find out that the screen doesn't work, using the stylus does nothing...so in short this product is worthless and there is no company to contact I tried!

A complete flop. Don't buy this unit from anyone that says the unit is new...it isn't.

I own seven of these devices. I have owned a total of 12 of these Palm One Zire units. The one I received today had the same problem that I received from another supplier. When you plug the charger into the unit, the unit turns on and works perfectly. I left the charger on for five hours and then removed it. The unit would not turn on. I then tried charging it with one of my chargers, that I know works because I've been using it for more than 10 years. Same thing happens, the unit does not hold a charge and won't turn on. Also, I received what was suppose to be a new package. It had been broken into and the instructions had been removed. Not a problem because I have a drawer full of instructions. The CD was also missing. Also not a problem because I have a lot of CDs.
It would make more sense to buy a used PalmOne Zire that you know works.
