This phone is so easy for my 91 year old mother to use. I put photos of the people that she talks with the most, and she enjoys just touching their photo instead of having to dial several numbers. In addition, the sound is amplified so that she can hear the caller better. PERFECT!!

A great quality phone . I purchased one for my hard of hearing dad a few years ago . I recently purchased another for my grandmother . It is a phenomenal phone for folks with hard of hearing issues . The buttons are quite large making it easy for them to dial . I like the feature that allows you to save favorite phone numbers and mark those numbers with pictures instead of writing the persons name or remembering what key goes with each person.
I wouldn't recommend.

The mechanism that hangs up or allows the phone to operate when you lift up receiver constantly sticks. When my parents try to use it, they have a hard time getting it to work 59% of time. The product in theory seems decent. I'm hindsight, it is missing some helpful features. I wouldn't recommend.
Wonderful phone for those with limited eyesight.

Oh, bless whoever invented this keypad and display! My Ancient Mother had fits (and gave them to me!) because she couldn't see to dial her old phone. I programmed in the 9 numbers she needs most and now all she needs to do is press one button. There is amplification so she can hear better (SHE'S not deaf! I mumble!) and she can hang it back up properly. If you have an Ancient Personnage having problems with the phone, then try this one. It's a blessing, truly.

I bought this for my 75 yo Mom who has over 90% hearing loss in both ears; she wears hearing aids all the time. That said, the idea of talking on the phone made her anxious and frustrated. I ordered this product for her based on consumer reviews only - this has absolutely lived up to the 4+ star rating other consumers gave it. This phone was easy to set up and adjust. The day after my Mom received it - she emailed me to say she talked to a friend on the phone that day for over and hour - and that she hadn't been able to do that in years. I was so, so happy for her - was a great moment for me to be able help her with this.
