Great Coconut Milk

Great coconut milk for making Thai food. Larger than most coconut milk cans a 19 oz instead of 14 oz. Also has a more solid portion for frying the curry paste with before adding the rest of the milk.
Paleo compliant - bitter, so you better add some Stevia

Nice taste, but not very sweet - very bitter. This was recommended from a friend as Paleo compliant, so I tried it and am glad that I did.
Honestly though, I had to add 2 packets of Stevia to make the taste acceptable but once I did it was quite good!!

Good sized can :) Lots of coconut cream floating on the top (the part of the coconut milk I use). This brand was the one recommended in the Thai cooking class I attended.

The product description for this is wrong as says the shipping weight is 6 pounds. Therefore I thought I would receive more than I did. Don't waste your money on this expensive stuff when you can get just the same quality much cheaper elsewhere.
