Good taste. Mostly peppery and garlic, with a very slight hint of celery seeds. Similar to American Deli wing sauce. I don't find it spicy at all. Spiciness is similar to your run of the mill Louisiana hot sauce. Definitely a smothering kind of sauce, and it's excellent on anything.

It's a a high price to pay for gator sauce which I can get in a store in a Florida grocery store for $6. But it's a great product with perfect amount of spice and tang to marinate chicken wings or use as a dipping sauce for your BBQ chicken.

I found this stuff at Fire House Subs and loved it. Awesome flavor that would pair well with lots of things. Does not taste like vinegar. I'd recommend this on meats, sandwiches, beans or just about anything. Just try it!
