They say this type of calcium is the most likely to be absorbed. I like that the pills are pink and are smaller than some. They are coated and not at all rough. I like that it has vitamin D added in that might make it more effective. Does it work? I guess I don't have proof, but this seems like a good supplement based on my doctor's recommendation and my review of online information about calcium supplements.
