does exactly as it says, reaches up to the 2nd story. A little hard to handle, but no different than trying to use a brush on the end of a 12' pole. I had an issue with the first one, and the company sent out a replacement right away. Great customer service!

I chose this extension wand over the others offered because of its more affordable price. At 12ft it was just long enough to reach the outer walls of my upper level bedroom. The unit wasn't overly heavy, and it's easy to set up. It doesn't come with quick connect spray tip nozzles, you'll have to buy them. It came with a couple of adapters - a 3/8 quick connect plug, and a 22M to 3/8 in male to male screw in adapter. The wand itself has a 3/8 inch screw in inlet.
For my particular pressure washer, I had to replace the hose in order to connect this, but once set up it did a good job removing mold and mildew from the upper level siding, even at 1800psi. Would have been nice if it came with the harness/belt too, but I'm satisfied overall.
