Great product! It takes some work, from figuring out what flavors compliment the "meat", and testing how to cook it, etc. It's excellent protein and can basically take the place of any chicken dish. I also use to it in place of beef for recipes like stews, soups, casseroles and so on; and honestly you can even have it taste like whatever meat you what depending on how you season it kind of like tofu.
