This is amazing! I now have so much energy during the day I love it. I highly recommend it. Especially if you have chronic fatigue.
The gel coating makes the capsules very easy to swallow

For many years, I used Barley Life powder in loose form, and I mixed it in water. Over the years, it had become more difficult to get the powder to dissolve properly in water, with too many clumps, and I started by only adding a small amount of water and making a paste, then gradually adding more water. Despite all this effort, the liquid was still lumpy and I had to strain it into another glass before I could drink it. Now I take a serving of these capsules each morning and it's MUCH easier, plus I'm no longer wasting any due to residue left in the cup. The gel coating makes the capsules very easy to swallow, unlike some other pills.

I have like this product for the last 18 years. When I saw it on Amazon, I bought. It works really well with ones overall health and nutrition factor. My son likes to take it because it helps settles his upset stomach. It also helps with building ones immune system stronger.
