I'm a Health Specialist, I have a Bachelor's in natural health sciences and I also train Medical Doctors. This is actually one of the best nootropics in the world, you just have to know how to take it. There's a few comments that mention not feeling the effects of this at all which could ultimately mean you're just not even absorbing it efficiently. You cannot drink alcohol and expect to get great results since alcohol inhibits your methylation cycles. It also kills liver cells which you need to utilize these nutrients. Also they need to be taken 20min before breakfast that contains no inorganic meat and not too much sugar. Your diet is also responsible for how effective this product is. Try detoxing your liver for about a week before saying this doesn't work, along with staying away from alcohol, processed foods, soda, juice, fast foods etc then you'll see... GREAT RESULTS!

Amazing it does what it says it dose highly recommend it. I had a state test to pass and it was very hard for me to stay focus with a 2 yr old in the house . And I studied with 2 pills and few days latter I passed the test 100% scored !!!

It seems like I've gotten the cheaper yellow pills on accident twice instead of the better tasting green pills. It seems that the yellow ones are cheaper.

As long as you're getting enough rest and eating right, it should kick up your mental focus. It's not adderrall ppl. I did notice after taking normal dose my memory and focus increased. Take 1 dose in the a.m and another in the afternoon. Drink Plenty of water and eat something
