I purchased this in May of 2016 (I refused to write a review until I've actually used the product for awhile) and it was great for that pool season. This year, I was able to use it maybe 3 times before it ripped down the seat area near the seams on both sides. I don't mean a little tear - the fabric ripped along the seam ALL THE WAY down, just a few strings are holding the seat in place.
I have a salt system pool and although this was kept outside it was in a storage container and under a roof during winter, but I live in the south so "winter" just means cooler weather.

I have purchased 3 of these floats because it is the only one authorized by our HOA for use in the community pools. Every one of them has come apart at the seams, the last one within 30 days. I have rebuilt 2 of them using hot glue, fishing line and blue finger nail polish and that has helped, but they are very poorly constructed with cheap materials. Most everyone in our community is experiencing the same problems with them.

once i got it adjusted right. i love it especially in texas triple digit water because you sit in the water. if you are reading a book you have to hold it up or it will get wet but is do-able

The concept is awesome!! And the first dozen times I used it it was great. But now it is falling apart. The straps are pulling from the seams and one of the seams is completely split exposing the floatation inside. Several people in my neighborhood have purchased the same thing from a store in Long Island New York and their chairs have held up for years. This one is not going to make it through this summer season.

Purchase this for our boat. So far we have used it two times and we love it it's extremely compact for storage and easy to blow up took us less than 30 seconds. Loved it so much I'm purchasing another one it was the perfect Father's Day gift the gift that keeps on giving. I have purchased many rafts for our boat this feels sturdy so I cannot comment how it will be but for right now it seems like this is the most sturdiest and durable raft I've purchased in years.
