It's a great folding machine, with no jams. Yeah. The only thing is, it is noisy.

My office staff now spends as much time un-jamming, refolding, recopying the work that gets messed up as they did folding things by hand. So disappointed. We only fold 800 sheets a month. I'm ready to return it.

Unreliable! Jams easily. $700 machine that costs $150 each time the technician comes out to fix it.
