Great noodles for low carb eating. Cook up super fast, too. I use these for spaghetti, Alfredo noodles and any noodles dish I make now.

I'm on weight watchers and this came up as a recommended substitute for normal pasta. It's pretty good overall. A tiny but rubbery, and doesn't have as much flavor as I anticipated, but nothing a little light pasta sauce can't fix. I would order this again.

This pasta is really good. It does taste like the real thing. Cooking time is quick and the quality is great. It didn't fall apart and kept well in the refrigerator as well.
