This stuff is ridiculously expensive.... My dad needed this through his feeding tube after having 4 strokes and being diabetic he needed to be on a 1800 calorie a day diet. It was a better deal for us to buy it off amazon and eBay than getting it from the manufacturer and with Prime it always arrived right on time. Since his feeding tube has come out my mom has used what he had left over as a base to make smoothies and easily keep track of the calories and nutrients he's getting. She divides it and adds fruit because on it's own it tastes like cornstarch.

If you noticed the other review of this product you may get the impression they didn't like the flavor and thus giving the product 2/5 stars. This product is meant to be used with a feeding tube, not taken orally which is why it is UNFLAVORED. This works great for it's purpose, supplemental/complete nutrition replacement via feeding tube. That said, check out Boost VHC, 1/8th the price very similar nutrition and even more calories to boot.
