Perfect if you were on the road and need to heat up your food

My husband is a road mechanic and sometimes cannot heat up lunch that I pack for him so this is absolutely perfect, he sent me a video the other day, he was heating up his lunch and he said that it was amazing! Definitely a good buy. I did buy the metal liners as well for heating up the food.

We get the 5x3 mini tins like other users suggest and they work great

My boyfriend uses his every day and loves it! We live in Montana so there's a lot to be said for a warm meal when it's winter. He's an electrician and packs a lunch everyday. We get the 5x3 mini tins like other users suggest and they work great. Jim says be careful not to have too much liquid in them or they make a mess in transit. We did try wrapping in just foil but he said it does have a "tinny" taste so wrap in parchment first. We do all kinds of things, stir fry, caseroles, enchiladas, lasagne. We make big batches and freeze them. Then he has options to choose from. If it's thawed he said is about 30 to 45 minutes, frozen it tasks and hour ad 15 minutes.

Much better then I expected. I was surprised to learn that it actually cooks meat from raw. I originally got this to reheat leftovers for my lunch at work. I have cooked fresh chicken and steak with this on several occasions while working long over night shifts. Thus thing is great. And the price is hard to beat!
