simply the best addition to my concealed carry. well made, easy to use. they are a tremendous help in keeping your pants up, and not sagging.
clips are large enough to accommodate a double thick gun belt, and stay put. the suspender once properly adjusted does not slip off you shoulder at all with sitting, reaching or any other normal activity. just the fact that I am not constantly pulling my pants up is helpful in concealment, and comfort. there are a lot of comments from users who have developed a pot belly, and yes it takes care of that problem. but frankly even when I was much thinner and in shape these would have been very useful. I carry a full size 1911 and spare mags and this works.

Very nice made in USA suspenders. I prefer to wear a belt with my suspenders, why you ask? because of the old saying:

'You can lie to a man with a belt, you can lie to a man with suspenders, but NEVER lie to a man wearing both a belt and suspenders'

In all seriousness, these are very nice suspenders. I will note the loss of one star is because if you wear these with a thinner belt, be prepared for the clips to slip off every time you have to drop your pants for natures call. Obviously they will not slip off in general use, it's only when the straps come of your shoulders and things dangle that you need to worry about.

I wish they had used a plastic that had more 'spring' to it for the hooks, but what they have does work and its very strong. I'll be ordering more of these when mine wear out.

I use these mainly because I typically have a firearm of sorts in my pocket and these really help to keep the pants up when doing so. Especially if you have no butt and a bit of a belly pushing your pants down, like I do!

The wife says she loves the looks but I catch her rolling her eyes when she says that, so I'm a bit dubious of her claims. Although at my age I could care less about looks.

The work well but two thing to worry about. The back clip can slip off with the wrong movement. To fix it you have to pull your trousers down to do the clip over. The back clip can also come off when trying to put your trousers on. The other problem with belt clips in general, you belt moves when you fasten it. That can also cause the clip to disengage. I think these must be design issue with this type of clip suspender in general. The are well built and I would get another pair if these ever went bad. I only use them for special occasions because of the problems I listed. Spring clips have other problems but from an everyday use point I prefer the problems with spring clips over these type of hook clips.

I was disappointed to find they are 1.5 wide, not 2" as the pair I have been wearing, and like very much. I'm probably just naive to assume they would be the same (here, when my opinion is solicited, I see they are described as 1.5") though the listing from which I bought them doesn't make note of the width, so far as I can determine. They are described as "Perry Suspenders Men's Elastic Hook End Suspenders " so I made the assumption that the width would be similar to my prior pair. No doubt they'll keep my pants from falling down, but I'm thinking I'd better keep my pockets empty.

Great for a man that can't keep his pants on! When you realize that you no longer have that 30 year old body and you belly is bigger than your butt. If you find that your belt may be having a difficult time hanging on. This could be the answer. Unless you spill your coffee, nothing in the morning ruins your day like walking across a dew ladened lawn to find your pant cuffs wet with moisture. Having to pull your pants up every 5 minutes is not the answer. Obviously, you need help. Perry Suspenders are here to help! They will help to keep your pants up! No more dragging cuffs. Comfortable on the shoulders and you may forget you're wearing them. Easy on, easy off with strong plastic clips that won't mar your belt. Different colors. I bought them in a tan, which will conceal better under a shirt than a darker color. TIP: Wearing suspenders concealed under your shirt makes you look 30 years younger than wearing them over your shirt :)
