While this is an excellent olive oil, the price has more than doubled! I ordered this because all of the supermarkets have Virgin Olive Oil but people don't seem to know that it's more for dipping and not for cooking. Regular olive oil has become almost impossible to find!

My husband and I use a lot of olive oil for cooking and dressings and appreciate getting the Filippo Berio in the large tins. Our supermarkets have stopped carrying the tins and we object to plastic bottles, so we were very happy to find these on Amazon. We have tried a number of different olive oils, but find the extra virgin olive oil of Filippo Berio our favorite and, until recently, it has been affordable. The cost of everything's going up now, so we were happy to get a good price through Amazon.
