This is great olive oil at a great price. A few years ago I gave up butter and switched to olive oil, lost a little weight and actually lowered my cholesterol! This oil is perfect for sauteing meat and it's also good on eggs and vegetables in place of butter. I even drizzle it on popcorn and it doesn't make the popcorn soggy like melted butter does.
