Love it!!
1) I can now cook pancakes for a big crowd in just two rounds, rather than four or five rounds or by using multiple pans.
2) You can cook a full pound of thick sliced bacon at one time on this one extra large griddle.
3) The heat is well distributed fairly evenly so I don't end up with some pancakes burned and others are doughy.
4) The tilt feature with handles that are simple to operate and don't get hot is really helpful when cooking something like bacon with a lot of fat/drippings.

If you're tired of long sessions of cooking pancakes, bacon, etc., buy this grill and spend less time in the kitchen.

Just what I thought it would be ...HUGE!
Presto always makes the BEST items when it comes to fryers, griddles, etc..
The only problem I have with it is clean up. It's so big won't quite fit in the sink (as one whole piece) for washing/rinsing.
I guess you could put it in the dishwasher, but doing that doesn't always clean the cooking surface entirely.
Love the tilt option for draining while cooking bacon!
I used to use a smaller griddle for pancakes and cook the bacon or sausage on the stove top in another fry pan but this is so big I can cook it all on the griddle.
Like others have mentioned here ...to get good all over surface heat it's best to let the griddle heat up through at least 2 - 3 preheat light cycles ..and it's true. It really helps to get even heat all around.

This has a wonderfully HUGE cooking area! The biggest I've come across and for around $40, it can't be beat. I have five kids and this allows me to cook loads of pancakes, french toast, quesadillas, you name it and have it hot all at once. The tilt and drain was not a huge help with the bacon fat but it doesn't bother me, I just lift and tilt the whole thing. Super easy to clean and the drain drawer comes out easily and rinses easily. Highly recommend!

This is a great griddle. I don't think there is one made (at least that I am aware of) that doesn't have hot spots, due to the heating element running in a rectangular circuit underneath it. This one is really large, and yes, if you have no place to store something this large, you're going to be irritated by buying one this big. But if you can store it, and you make huge amounts of anything like hamburgers, pancakes, grilled sandwiches, etc., you're going to love it. For me, it's definitely worth it to move things around a lot on the griddle and be able to have a huge amount of food done quickly. And the non-stick surface is really good. Cleans up with a few dry paper towels followed by a couple of wet ones (wait for it to cool though!), or can be washed in the sink if you have a deep one. It says it's submersible, but I'm too old to believe it, so I'm careful when cleaning it in the sink. I just put the end that has the plug port up out of the water, and the cooking surface cleans up fast and easy.

This is the second tilt griddle from presto I have owned product came in perfect codiction it's a newer model from my old one the troff drain in front is an excellent improvement love that wife fixes breakfast for me every morning with less cleanup
