Our 2nd time purchasing this item because our boys could not live without this pan when they moved

I have used the first one I bought for a few years and still love it. I have gifted many of theses.
Every time I cook on this little jewel in front of someone new, they want one. I always try and find them one.

These pans are great! The pizza raises up unlike any other method I have used. I heartily recommend them for anyone cooking your own pizza.

I was on the fence about buying this but so happy that I did. What I like is that its not too big perfect size for my stove. What I love is the easy clean up. Nothing sticks to it. A great buy!

The "Nordic Ware Pro Cast Flattop Reversible Round Griddle" is exactly what I needed for grilling fish. It is light weight; nonstick; has both a flat side and a ridged side; and, best of all, it is made in the USA. This reversible griddle is not so large that it takes up the entire surface of the Weber Genesis Gas Grill on which it is used. There remains enough room to cook items other than those cooking on the reversible griddle.

Because some reviewers had problems with the nonstick surface, I contacted Nordic Ware before purchasing the "Nordic Ware Pro Cast Flattop Reversible Round Griddle". I was concerned about using the reversible griddle on a gas grill; Nordic Ware responded that as long as the griddle was used with moderate or lower heat, it could be used on a gas grill. So far, I have had no issues with the nonstick coating bubbling or coming off. I did notice that areas not covered by food change color, but the nonstick coating remains smooth.

The "Nordic Ware Pro Cast Flattop Reversible Round Griddle" is truly nonstick. Salmon and trout cook beautifully; the skin is crisp, but not burned. The reversible griddle cleans up beautifully; it requires only a quick soaping and rinsing. Cleanup is so easy, there is no need to be concerned about the recommendation to hand wash rather than using the dishwasher.

I would have liked it if the "Nordic Ware Pro Cast Flattop Reversible Round Griddle" had slightly higher sides. Removing or flipping vegetables is challenging, but can be done. Nevertheless, this reversible griddle met my needs. If you are concerned about cost, I recommend looking at Amazon Warehouse Deals; I purchased there and have no regrets. Their service and the reversible griddle both rate five stars!
