I grilled my first four hamburgers and two large steaks on this and Wow! All got cooked evenly. It cleans up so quickly and easily. I was a bit skeptical at first but after doing my steaks I was just pleasantly surprised by how well and honest on all the advertising claims. And yes my metal spatula did not scratch it at all. Great product at a great price. I'm 100% satisfied and yes it looks better than great.

I bought this product only because I already bought the pans and pots and needed a new griddle the flat griddle. We only used to heat up tortillas. Both of them were great though we grilled chicken on one and again tortillas on the other. The one we use for the tortillas, dog cuts and burn marks on the inside of it they do not want to come off and I don't want to scrub because I don't want to ruin the inside of it.
