I was actually surprised that this machine works so well since it uses a cartridge as staple supplies. Not sure why the overall ratings are so low. I didn't find a single negative report in the US ratings. Glad I spend the money for this machine. True Japanese ingenuity.

This is the great stapler. It's quiet and doesn't jam. I use a stapler all day, ever day and have been through a few. It is definitely worth the extra money over a lower priced model. I highly recommend it to heavy volume stapler users!
