Our second one we like it that much, plays just like a real one!

This is our second one I like this that much! These drills are great for the toddler who appreciates being a "worker" guy. This drill acts like a real one with a high and low setting and directional switch. It also comes with various bits for different jobs. My son has a pretend wood and screw set, and he can use this drill and the drill bit to have it really work like an electric screwdriver! The battery compartment is also lifelike in that its a box that holds batteries the comes off and on, just like the rechargeable ones on the real deal.

The drill turns pretty slowly and the battery releases a little too easily. It's more realistic looking than the red Craftmen one we have, but isn't as fun because of the slow speed. The light is a nice touch, and the other realistic features still get it played with, though.

Xmas gift for son 20mo old son with lots of dexterity , he won't put it down. Amazing drill with great features, 2 speed, reversing, even had the clutch on it like a regular drill to prevent over torque of screws. Torque settings on drill are just for fun but the ratcheting clutch does work. Battery case will pop off with a hard drop but could easily be zip tied on.
DO NOT PICK THIS DRILL!!

I purchased this drill for our grandson for Christmas. While the drill looks great, it did not function when taken out of the box on Christmas Eve. Along with it not operating, the battery pack will not stay on. Papa actually took it apart, saw the problem, which dealt with the "gears" missing inside which obviously makes it unable to turn and function when the trigger is pressed. It simply is missing parts inside.....total junk. Save yourself disappointment and frustration. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DRILL!

My 2.5 year old LOVES this thing. However the bottom battery pack falls off way too easily so I duct taped it on. And the trigger button gets stuck very easily. Like he still will just be sitting there and start spinning by itself because the button is stuck. This is after less than one day of playing with it.
