Bought this for my sister who's a HUGE fan. Ordered on a Friday and I got it today, a Wednesday. The box is small but wooden and the window is plastic. It does come with a piece of foam that sits between the window and the coins. The box opens and closes just fine.
As for the coins, they are AWESOME. They're very shiny, no rust or damaged and are pretty damn heavy. They look like real coins with engravings and all. Since the price is what it is, I'm sure they're just coated in metallic so I wouldn't carry them in a pocket or anything to avoid scratches.
The only down side is that they were VERY hard to get out. I doubt this is the case for all products but I had to pop them out from the bottom with leverage. The piece of plastic felt that they're sitting in actually glued to the inside of the box which is great.
I'm highly impressed with this product and would recommend it as a gift for any Potterhead.

coins are of a good material and metal. I love the coins and are a collectors item. But the box it comes in and the the little official paper thing is all flimsy and cheap which makes the product look fake. But, I suppose since the coins are what matter then this is a good purchase

Bought two sets of these for my boys who are big Harry Potter fans.
While they love the coins, I was disappointed in the fact that for both cases, the plastic window was cracked.
