Fits, but instructions are confusing

It's the only one I found that actually fits my 2000 Tundra limited, so AWESOME on the fit. However, the colors don't match up and the instructions are not really thourough for a novice like me. Was hoping for a "plug- n- play", but didn't work out that way.

I would give this 5 stars, but I needed to order this twice. The first time it did not have the right part in the bag (though the bag did have the right part number) and after looking at it for a while I tried to 'fix' it with a dremel, which did not work as I had hoped. After studying the picture for a second time I decided to order this again and this time the past was correct and fits perfectly.
So, if you do order this, and it appears to be the wrong part, don't do what I did, return it and try again...
