they're hard and bad for me because I have braces but I'm a rebel and will keep buying more
if you don't want it to be that hard, I suggest unwapping it and placing it in the microwave for 5-8 seconds and then it'll be hot/warm and soft - and then wait for a min or so and they're chewy!

My husband and I love this candy. I had to purchase two bags, so we wouldn't fight over a single bag. Would certainly purchase this candy again. It got to us within mere days after ordering it, and the bags were in fact and sealed. Perfect condition.

I have loved this product since I was a kid so I was so excited to learn that I could buy it from Amazon since I don't exactly leave close to Manila anymore. It still tastes the same but I think it was in storage for a long time because, instead of being chewy, the candy was rock hard and the rice paper disintegrated way too easily. It fell apart before I even had the chance to open the outer wrapper. It's almost $6 for a small bag and for the price, I expected a better product. Not something that must have been in storage for years.

Love this candy. The first time I had it I was surprised by the rice paper wrapper. Thought it was plastic at first but it was just a great way to keep it from sticking to the wrapper. Something I will be ordering quite a bit in the future. A few pieces were a bit harder than others but it just made it take a bit longer to eat.
