Product is lightweight which is nice. Full brim feature may take some time getting used to if you've never had one before, but I think it's a better design than standard models. Ratcheting adjuster in back is a nice, solid, simple to use addition.

Works great. The suspension fits my head well, although it took a day or two for it to "break in." Either that or my head is just used to it now. Regardless, it's comfy, relatively light and is not fatiguing. The ratchet adjustment is fine enough so you don't have to worry about turning one click and it being too tight, then one click the other way and it being too loose.
Basic hard hat.
