This b&m shifter was direct fit shifter I saved at least 6 hrs of install time also saved me from patching floor Shifter fits in stock hole and attaches to stock cable and linkage. Perfect fit and operation

Im no stranger of b and m shifters i have one in all three of my cars. this one is really nice. just a heads up though if you converted from 5 speed to auto this shifter will not fit in console without cutting the trans tunnel

This shifter is great. It works just like it should, no slop. Provides very firm shifts. Instructions were easy to understand and installation was exactly as you'd expect with no surprises. It does take a bit of work to remove the center console and get it back in with the shifter in place, but definitely is no harder than installing any other shifter. In my opinion there isn't a better auto trans shifter on the market.

Item arrived quickly and well-packaged for shipping. Unfortunately, there were a couple of parts missing from the kit, although I don't blame Amazon for this, as it appeared to be a previous return or open box. Have since returned it (made painless by Amazon, BTW) and ordered another.
