This stuff is awesome, we use a 1/3 cup of coconut milk in part a, and the rest of the can in part b,.the dipping sauce.
One thing i can suggest is that you find this locally at an asian grocery, I paid $ 1.65 a package at a korean grocery in Pittsburgh. So you know you are getting hosed for 6 bucks here.
