This oil is one of the purest best qualities I've ever used even the color is rich !! Its like they used the best variety and method to extract this oil !! Poured from the bottle it looks like they just squeezed the richness right out the fruit !! My hair and skin is in love!!! And of late my hair is sooo happy about about this purchase !! This oil absorbs so much better and quicker than other avocado oils ive used, even my hair curls when it goes in !! IM in love!! I am definitely going to pay attention to the other oils/ products this company makes ..and I know my oils so trust me when I say this is BOSS!!

It was not more or less flavor neutral as I had expected. I have used it to grill vegetables, haven't cooked with it yet. I will make a raw salad dressing and see how that tastes.
