This is an excellent oil that can replace the toxic seed oils. It is wonderful in baking as well. It has a high smoke point so is good for cooking and baking. It does not impart any flavor. I will continue to use. I have it on auto ship.

The avocado oil world is becoming very much like the olive oil world, full of imposters, poor quality, and a business model to maximize profit. This has led to distrust in olive oil purchase, and similar things are beginning to happen with avocado oil.
In independent testing of this product, it showed it to be what it said it was, which gained my trust and loyalty.
I have also been very satisfied with the consistent delivery of this product, in taste, color, and use. Now avocado oil has very little taste if any, and this has been the case for nearly a year. We have a subscription so it is delivered every couple of months, and I cook fried eggs with it every day. I do not notice a taste other than eggs.

Avocado oil, like olive oil before, has started to become an adulterated product in the marketplace, with many inauthentic products sold. A third party test identified Chosen Foods' avocado oil as 100% authentic product. That's enough for me. In addition to cooking it also works great as a vegetarian option to season cast iron.
