I am only using coconut oil and avacado oil in my cooking these days, My family doesn't care for virgin coconut oil but they don't complain about this avacado oil. I prefer the green oils to the clear ones. This one is green and at the top of my list for avacado oils.

Excellent thick and rich oil. This company seems to make superior oils. I keep it in the refrigerator. It makes wonderful salad dressing and I put two drops of wild Mediterranean oreganol oil in a tsp of this oil so that I can get the benefit of the oregano without burning my throat.
