Received with rice kernels falling out of box, bag of rice broken open. Poorly packed. Rice steamer also poorly constructed. Would caution buying

Sticky rice is the best.. people talk about the importance of soaking the rice for many hours but I've gotten away with only 2 hours of soaking and the rice still tastes great. Be sure to rinse your rice thoroughly before soaking or cooking and make sure you cover with a lid to keep that steam in.
Makes perfect sticky rice.

I had a Thai sticky rice steamer a while back and just got around to replacing it. My daughter has been asking me for some time to make sticky rice and I find this steamer to be just perfect. It doesn't come with instructions for use, but it's fairly simple and you can always find instructions online.

I left a message for this item my pot came smashed on one side and can't sit up right on the stove top. I don't think is worth sending back, would you let me know if this will get replaced. 8/28/17 I would like this to look into because this is the second note I am writing on this. I need a new pot want to eat my rice.
It could come with better instructions.

My husband is Polynesian and hates any rice but Calrose (It's a Poly thing). I made him sticky coconut rice in this and served it with mango and he was instantly converted. It could come with better instructions.
