Great for $25, but the handles aren't as advertised

TLDR
The large basket fits in the pot really well, without significant wasted space, and plenty of room for water underneath. I've only used it once but got great results. I can't put the small basket into the larger basket without removing the rubber from the handle (which is easy to do). The small basket doesn't have the 4 holes needed for using both handles as seen in the product photos, but a single handle in the provided holes seems fine.
Details
For my first use I put 375g of frozen broccoli and cauliflower into the large basket with 250g of water on high pressure for 0 (zero) minutes and quick release. The veggies were still crisp. I cut several thick stems open and they were hot in the middle. The water didn't wind up green the way it does in my stove top steamer pot. The basket was easy to clean.
The large basket's rubber grip makes the small basket a very tight fit. Worse, the rubber grips the small basket, pulling the handle down, and pinching the small basket tighter. You could force the small basket in if you used something to hold the handle up, but it would be a pain. Fortunately, the rubber is just a loosely fit tube, so it slides right off. I put it on the handle for the small basket.
The legs for the large basket form a platform that would work to hold up the steamer even if it wasn't attached to the basket. I'd estimate the legs at 3-4 times the height of 250ml of water.
The small basket has 2 handles in the product listing. With this design both handles would hug the circumference of the basket, and it would prevent tipping if the food wasn't balanced. I got both handles, but my basket only has 2 of the 4 holes. They're directly opposite each other, so the handle works fine, but it doesn't come near the outside edge (see the photos).
All in all, the handles seem fine to me, and I'm happy with my purchase, particularly for $25.

Versatile inserts

I have a 6qt Simply Calphalon stock pot. I can use these inserts inside the pot perfectly. To double deck, the large strainer's handle needs to be removed (handles are east to add or remove). The large one's feet do have silicone tubing but I will cut it out. The stainless steel isn't the best quality but should last under careful handling and washing. I can also use them inside my 10qt soup stock pot.
They are everything I wanted.
