Amazing stuff! I got this for my mother who has been having trouble with her left knee. She started with one tablet each day, but was still having pain, so she went to one in the morning and one at night. After a couple of weeks her left knee started feeling better. She push mowed the lawn and danced around the dance floor without any repercussions. She could even cross her right leg (the "good" knee) across her left and put on her shoe. Something she had been unable to do in years!!!! Now we are confident that she will enjoy her trip to Hawaii in a couple of weeks!😃

I've been taking this supplement for about 6 months & saved $8 ordering it thru Amazon. Glucosamine & Chondrotin alone never helped me. This one with Hyaluronic Acid & MSM does the trick for me. Plus it has BioCell Collagen which is great for the skin & recommended by super model Christy Brinkley. Hyaluronic Acid is now added to many skin products for anti-aging. We produce it naturally, but it declines with age, like so many good things our body produces. So, I take 2 of these a day & with a HA serum & have noticed a difference in my skin. It helps with my joints and cartilage also.

Osteoarthritis runs in my family, and I have tried several supplements to help slow the progression of this insidious disease. Glucosamine HCl has been studied extensively, and shown to help when taken regularly. Over the past 5 years or so, I have tried several brands for several months each, and found this one to be the most beneficial for me. I also take Triple strength Omega-3, and Meriva. This combination has worked the best. My knees, neck, and back ache less and I'm able to do more.

Ive suffer from joint and back pain for years. I've tried similar products but this is the first that has worked for me!!!! I would wake in the middle of the night with severe pain in my back and knees. I would slowly move to get my body moving and have tremendous pain as I moved. Slowly I would work it out but taking 2 pills morning and night it has made a huge difference!!! There is still a slight ache but I can move with ease now. It's is manageable compared to what I've endured before. This is going to be something I purchase every month!! Best money I've spent on joint pain.
