If you're gluten-free, this is the closest thing you'll get to cinnamon toast crunch cereal. This stuff is so delicious. I can't find this flavor at stores anywhere and had only had the savory kind (ranch) of Nut Thins. This variety does NOT disappoint! I'm glad I bought the case. It's a great low-carb, healthy snack, and the price is under $3.60 per box, which is way cheaper than I've ever seen the ranch variety in stores.
Poor packing causes BROKEN crackers

My favorite of all the nut thins, HOWEVER, Amazon packs their stuff very carelessly these days. I bought 12 boxes and I've opened the second one just now. I noticed a lot of BROKEN crackers in the first box and decided to separate and photograph the amount of broken crackers. If you are counting on whole crackers for a party platter, don't buy them this way. About 1/3 of them are broken.

We LOVE these crackers. They are light and crunchy - just what you want from a cracker. However, they are lower sodium than most crackers, have 3g of fiber and 3 grams of protein per serving. The taste is neutral enough to each with cheese, peanut butter, hummus, guacamole etc. We can't get enough of them!

These are my very favorite crackers. Yes they are a bit pricey, but once everyone knows what they are, (gluten fee) protein packed they diver right in. They also hold up to toppings and dips very well.

Delicious and very light. Since gluten is such a problem, it is so nice to order these light, airy and yummy cracker. Take a slice of cheese, and cut it into nine pieces. Then, you can add one piece of the nine on each cracker. They are rather small. However, that does not create a problem. You can eat quite a few without too many calories. Yummy!
