Ordered 6 bags; 3 bags were melted hunks(totally unrecognized as chips)while the other 3 had chunks of melted chips. I had to use a knife to make these hunks into chips. Shipping & packaging method was woefully inadequate .
They must have been in the heat as the chips ...

They must have been in the heat as the chips were clumped together. They're usable for candy but have to be chopped up for cookies.
