I bake a lot, and I use cinnamon chips in m signature cookie. Ordering in the summer can be risky; but I was pleased with how these arrived It is the end of June and hot out; and these came yesterday packed in insulated foil and surrounded with cooling packs. They are tiny drops (I wish they were bigger) and they are completely intact - no melting. I have ordered before and will continue.

These baking chips are wonderful in breakfast scones or muffins. They are a little expensive, but for some reason I cannot find the Hershey's brand in stores anymore. These are also "mini" chips, but they do have good flavor. I would definitely buy them again, but only once in a while due to the price and shipping cost.
