I'm sure there is no nutritional value in these (and neither is it intended) but they are super cinnamony and yummy, I'll be using them in muffins and cookies.

Found a recipe that called for this ingredient -- didn't even know that it existed. Have never seen it in the supermarket. They are delicious!
