The cinnamon taste fantastic for the first minute or two. Understand that caffeine is bitter, if you've ever take a no-doze or any caffeine supplement you'll know this. As the initial sugarcoating wears off the gun gets bitter after a few minutes. The instructions say after five minutes you can spit it out.
Works great in the morning instead of coffee without coffee breath. No teeth staining. Great pick me up in the middle of the day

If you like cinnamon then this is your gum. A nice very sweet strong cinnamon flavor. The gum does help wake me up in the morning. Due to gastris I can't have caffeine because it causes a burning stomach for the day. Since this product goes directly into the bloodstream, avoiding the gut, it doesn't cause me any problems and wakes me up.

Highly recommended. I work 24 hour shifts and this has been great to have on hand to wake up and be alert quickly to treat a patient. Definitely heed the warnings on the pack - one at a time.
