It made me a bit jittery when combined with caffeine but I felt like the energy lasted beyond that of the jitters from caffeine

I wasn't really sure when I first tried it, I used the recommended dose, but I felt like it was too much. I am a 5 foot zero 200 pound female and I think it really considered body mass. I reduced the dose by about a quarter and it was fantastic. I had a sense of clarity and motivation. I felt like I could get things done and I did. The quality of the product is good but the taste is not tasteless. It's not horrible but you can still taste it. I find it easier to just drop it my mouth and chase it with a drink of tea. I would truly recommend this for people that just want to get clearheaded and focused it really does work.

So to start, I specifically use this product to stay awake and productive, not for any workout benefit as I'm assuming is common with it. I work 10pm to 7 am five days a week and have a seasonal job six months out of the year from around 1 pm to 9 pm two days a week, which means in order to at least have a single day off work my second day at the part time job bleeds directly into the first night of my full time job so it's not entirely uncommon to be awake for as long as thirty hours during that period. I'm very caffeine tolerant, and while I have continued to use caffeine especially on my longest days, this product has been invaluable as far as staying alert, oriented, and productive while doing the job of stocking a grocery store at night with as little down time as I have. The first day I used a theacrine product I didn't sleep even at a dose as low as 50 mg, but that quickly stopped being an issue, and the 100 mg dose of this product twice a day is enough to power through the worst of the night in terms of business and being tired. It differs from caffeine when I wasn't as tolerant to it as I am now in that I don't feel any urgency or excess speed in thought or physical activity. If anything even when I dip into higher doses of caffeine to keep going now that I've been using this product regularly I don't feel that startling burst of energy. Just a calm collected focus that keeps me moving at a steady pace physically and mentally, and it improves my concentration mentally by a very noticeable degree. I would like to say however that it's more appropriate to call the powder I've been taking unflavored rather than tasteless. With the understanding that I'm part of a small portion of the population with heightened sense of smell and taste due to a higher availability of nerve endings related to those senses, the powder is bracingly bitter and that taste lingers for such a long time that I stead of taking it with a drink I do what I've heard called dry scooping, in which I toss the powder with the spoon into the back of my throat and swallow it quickly with a drink. It doesn't mix well with liquid to begin with, and trying to do so results in my entire tongue being coat d with the taste for a few hours. I'm also not sure how much this would mess with the manufacturing process or weight it would need to be sold at, but I feel like the powder would benefit from something to keep it from caking up as much since it sticks in the shallow bowl of the spoon pretty regularly even though I've never gotten it wet. I have a tradition now of taking the spoon out shaking the powder off of it into the pouch, and then closing the pouch with a bit of air in it so that I can shake it to loosen it up so there's less struggle emptying the spoon. The pouch is a favorable material with a well working zipper. It's size fits in a small bag that I carry a few supplements with me to work in very well and is convenient in that way. Overall I greatly appreciate the product and all that it has done for me in my journey to be a happier and healthier person while working to improve myself and my money situation. I can see when I start schooling for a degree at some not so distant point in the future definitely benefitting from the continued use of this product as I'm in my early thirties now and definitely past my prime on being able to work and go to school and deal with personal matters all at the same time without help or surprise naps hahaha.

This supplement kept me feeling productive and energized with a positive outlook. It doesn't taste that great but it's definitely worth it!

I used the product mixed in with caffeine anhydrous in order to potentiate it as a pre workout. I was pleasantly surprised with the lack of taste after hearing that it usually tasted pretty bad. I definitkey felt more energized but it did not crash like I usually would with caffeine. I took it on its own the day before and did not feel much but also did not expect too much. Both times I used 100mg if teacrine and with the caffeine I used 150 mg. Overall loved the product.
