One side effect I noticed after taking a half tablet in the morning for a few months before work was I developed a burning acid reflux in my throat that would come and go.
I'm a 30 year old man with no health or previous acid reflux issues.
I didnt understand the cause but I decided to stop taking these and my bout with acid reflux suddenly stopped.
Upon further research this is not an uncommon side effect, it probably won't happen to you if you're only taking them on occasion. I would avoid taking them routinely as I did.
