Honestly, I am ashamed to admit I am a Berocca evangelist. One tablet and you're going to be sold. I originally was told about Berocca as a common pre-drink hangover prevention method, which it does perfectly. Now, I have one every day right around that afternoon slump and it really does the job. I think it tastes good, too.

I'm still a bit hesitant about how "good" it is for you, but... I LOVE IT! I take it when I'm hungover and it gets me back on track (for the most part). I find it better than a cup of coffee for an energy burst. It's not like a Red Bull or 5 Hour Energy. It doesn't make you crash. It's great for prolonged energy. I have a rule with myself not to drink it after 6 or 7 pm. If I do, I'll be up too late. I often take it Friday night when I'm going out with friends if I'm feeling exhausted from the week. If I drink one around dinner time, I'll be energized until about 2 am.

I am sure it's good for you but it is definitely expensive for just some b vitamins and caffeine. Still, it can become a morning ritual and will make you feel better if you take your vitamins every day which most of us forget to do.
