Poor quality and poor design

Upon further inspection this is a poor quality tool. It is thin and flimsy; I could easily break this with my bare hands. When you see how it is installed between the steering wheel and the brake pedal you'll see it would be easy to open the car door and use all your weight to kick this thing in half. This will not protect your car from being stolen!
It is a good small investment to protect your vehicle from being stolen

This is a solid lock for your steering wheel. It's is secondary protection if you have a car alarm but if you don't this and other solid items of it's kind will make most car thieves move on to another car to steal. It is a good small investment to protect your vehicle from being stolen!
Could be 3-4" longer.

I figured for twelve bucks, and having an easy to steal 09' Jeep Patriot, I bought it. It could be 3" longer though.
What I have to do now is wrap one piece around the brake pedal, the other piece around the steering wheel and try to wiggle the two together in the middle.
It works - just a pain. My Patriot is not a massive SUV, just a step up from a compact. But for 12 bucks, it can save you a lot of headaches in the long run. If I drove every day - I'd find something else.

Protect your classic car

We have a classic 1948 Plymouth that does not have the modern alarm system so this is exactly what we were looking for to protect the car. Fits on the steering wheel and secures to the brake pedal.
