This is the only full-fat coconut milk that does not have BPA, thickeners, or any other additives. That's why the consistency is not as smooth.

Wonderful, pure coconut milk! For those with SIBO, IBS, and allergies/food intolerances, this is the coconut milk for you!! No guar gum or other additives; just the coconut milk!!! I use this to make my coffee drinks along with cooking curry and paleo recipes. It is also BPA-free, which you want because of the high fat content of coconut otherwise it will leach into the coconut milk.
Watery consistency and bad aftertaste

I have tried a large variety of coconut milks and this one ranks as my least favorite. The consistency was very watery and the "coconut" flavor did not taste very natural at all. It also left an unpleasantly sweet aftertaste. I tried a few different cans but they actually made my stomach hurt each time. I use other coconut milks often so I'm not sure why only this one caused me problems. There are obviously a lot of positive reviews for this so maybe I am just an odd man out, but I did not enjoy this product and will not purchase it again in the future.

Nothing but coconut milk and water which is why I buy it. It doesn't contain a long list of ingredients that you can't pronounce. It comes from the Philippines. I gave it four stars because it use to come from Thailand and I thought it was creamier than the Philippines' version.
