It works just like the tube creams but...

Great for quick itch relief. The cream is thinner than tube creams so spreads easier over larger areas. It works fast but effects don't seem to last as long as the thicker tube hydrocortisone creams (I don't know why). I will keep a supply in my medicine cabinet for large itchy areas, but prefer the thicker tube cream because it isn't quite so messy and seems to relieve the itch longer.

I was looking for a different brand of cortisone lotion that I had several years ago and couldn't find it so I bought this. It works pretty well for Summer skin irritations. Not quite as well as my old favorite, though.
