The product works great for poison Ivy and sumac. From my personal experience, you'll need a bunch of this as my poison ivy lasted a couple weeks. However, this product made it tolerable for the whole 2 weeks.

Unlike Zanfel, which is almost criminally misrepresented and overpriced, this stuff does just what it's supposed to and is relatively affordable. It scrapes and scrubs your skin, so if you use it immediately after exposure it should remove the oils. DO THAT! Unfortunately I didn't realize I was infected til the next day, and then didn't think to wash my bedsheets til the third day, when it had spread over about a quarter of my body. So I tried everything, and this stuff provided the best short- to medium-term relief. Don't fool yourself, nothing gets rid of poison oak, ivy, or sumac except for steroids (cream) and/or time. It spread on me for three weeks and then slowly went away, leaving faint red patches all over my body three months later. During that ordeal I tried everything on the planet.

After two severe cases of poison oak (which unfortunately is prevalent in my property) I now have an extreme sensitivity. I scrub with this every time I do yard work and trimming.
